Hi, I’m Jo Tooth, the founder of Dhama Sun, and like many, my journey with mindfulness started as a way to navigate life’s challenges. As someone with ADHD, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, scattered, and constantly pulled in different directions.

Mindfulness became my anchor, a way to slow down, focus, and find a sense of calm and clarity in the chaos.

But I also know that traditional mindfulness approaches don’t always work for busy, fast-moving minds. That’s why I teach a practical, down-to-earth style of mindfulness that meets you where you are, whether you’re new to meditation or looking for ways to bring more presence into your daily life.

Through courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions, I help people build a mindfulness practice that actually fits into real life, one that reduces stress, improves focus, and creates space for what truly matters.
